If you can't remember your username, no worries. Simply follow the steps below to quickly retrieve it. We will also include the steps to change your username/email address on file.

To retrieve your username, start by visiting sling.com/sign-in/forgot-username.

Enter your first name, last name, and the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. 

When you're done entering the required information, click NEXT >

If the information you entered matches what is in our system, you will receive an on-screen message revealing your partial username on file. We only display the first few characters and the email domain for security purposes.

When you're done, click BACK TO SIGN-IN to sign into your account.

If you don't recognize the partial username, do not remember or have access to the credit card you used to sign up, or you signed up with a gift card, we'll need to connect you with a Sling TV chat specialist.

Once you're ready, click on the Chat icon on your screen to launch our Chatbot, then type "forgot username." You will then be connected with a live chat specialist to assist you further.
